7 Fantastic Eid Al Fitr Activities

Eid Al Fitr is an Islamic holiday. It comes after Ramadan. Muslims celebrate the end of Ramadan by Eid Al Fitr. Muslims have many activities to do in Eid especially in Arabian countries. And that’s what I am gonna tell you guys today. I will tell you what Muslims do and how they celebrate Eid.

Salat AL Eid (Eid Prayer)

Eid has its special prayer. Muslims pray side by side in Salat Al Eid. You will hear all Muslims in one sound say Allah Akbar, Allah Akbar, Allah Akbar. Actually, you will hear Allah Akbar in every street you will walk through in Eid.

Buying New Clothes

 

Getting new outfit is a must when it comes to Eid celebration. Parents buy new clothes to their children to enjoy wearing something new and special in Eid. Making new outfits is an important thing to fell Eid vibes.

Eidya

Eidya is an amount of money that parents and grandparents give to their children. In Arabian countries, not only relatives give each other Eidya. You will find neighbors and friends give each other Eidya to spread joy.

Colorful Balloons

Where ever you go in Eid, you will find balloons everywhere. All of the streets are full of colorful balloons. Colorful balloons are the decoration of the streets in Eid. Adults buy to their kids and loved one’s balloons to celebrate Eid.

Eating Eid Sweet Pastries

Eid is known for its special and unique sweets. There is no Eid without Kahk, Ghorayeba, Biscuits, Petit Fours and Qaraqish. And of course, having normal tea or with milk with your Eid delicious pastries is a must. 

Fireworks

Who doesn't love fireworks? Some people use fireworks to add joy and excitement to Eid. We also like to decorate the sky in Eid.

Buying Extra Sweets

No one can enjoy Eid without chocolates, ice cream, gummy bears and candies. You need lots and lots of delicious sweets and candy. 

Eid Al Fitr is really important and special to Muslims. You have lots of activities to do during the three days of Eid. And that’s what you should do today.
