Nowadays, Earth is facing a powerful Virus known as COVID-19 or Corona-Virus. This Virus is known for its dangerousness and vagueness. What makes Corona-Virus dangerous that everyday researchers find new ways of spreading and unfortunately without any treatment. Over 90M all over the world have been infected by COVID-19. Happily, over 50K have defeated this virus which means there must be something we can do to avoid getting infected.
First, we must know the symptoms of the disease to avoid any
connection with anyone who has these symptoms.
COVID-19 Symptoms :
- High Fever

- Dry cough
- Muscle weakness
- Headache

- Sore throat
- Diarrhea

At severe case:
- Hypoxia
By knowing the Symptoms of COVID-19, we are more aware of
the Virus. But we have to know if there are any treatments for this disease.
However, in cycle two of this Virus if you have three specific symptoms, you surely are infected. These three symptoms are: Dry cough, high fever and the lose of taste and smell. The lose of taste and smell wasn't that common as now. If you have at least one of these three symptoms, sadly you are positive. Be aware of it.
Treatments:
If you have mild Symptoms :
- Stay at your home
- Isolate yourself for 14 days
- Take the medications that your doctor has prescribed it

- Eat rich Vitamins Meals (Especially Vitamin C) and drink hot drinks.


If your case is Severe :
Seek Medical Care if you exceeded the mild state to avoid
infecting anyone and to get good care and to be under supervisions of Doctors
to get well soon.

There are some Tips and precautions to be familiar with that
are so handy and helpful to avoid getting infected.
Corona-virus Tips :
- Stay at home and avoid any visits.
- Wash your hand frequently with soap for 20 second.
- Don’t touch your nose, mouth and eye.
- Avoid crowd places and keep a safe distance at least 1 meter.
- Avoid touching any surfaces.
- Wearing medical gloves and masks Outdoors.

- Do exercises.
- Avoid eating outdoors and eat healthier.

There are some interesting stuff and activities you can do
at home that will keep you entertained.

- Try new recipes.
- Watch new movies and series or re-watch old ones.
- Do some exercises.

- Take care of your dead plants.

- Draw and paint.
