Ways to Improve Your Immunity System

These days COVID-19 or Corona-Virus
threatens us. I believe everyone of us is responsible for getting infected or
infect someone else. We should follow all precautions to avoid infection. That’s
why I am gonna give you guys ways to support your immunity system. By strengthen
your immune system is hard to get infected. Even if you got infected, you will defeat
it easily.
Ways to support your immune system:
Get enough sleep
Having a good amount of sleep is very important to strengthen
your immunity system. You should get at least 7 hours daily.
Doing Exercises
Exercises help in reducing inflammation and improve your blood circulation. Which increase
your immunity system by only doing some simple exercises. By just walking,
swimming, biking or running can improve your immunity.
Keep hydrated
To stay hydrated is good for your heath and immune system. You
must drink a good amount of water or liquids. The best fluid to avoid dehydration
is water. You should at least drink 2 liters or 8 cups of water daily. As dehydration
can expose you to illness.
Now, I am gonna give you some unfamiliar food which actually help in improving and keeping
your immune system strong.
Eat Citrus fruits
Eating high vitamin C food is very important to your body. As
it increases the production of white blood cells which fight diseases. Having citrus
food is a must to increase your immunity to avoid and defeating illness.
Garlic
Garlic fights infection which makes it easier to get rid of diseases.
Almonds
Almonds contain lots of vitamins especially
vitamin E. it also has healthy fats.

Green Tea

Green Tea and black
tea are good for our immune system. However, green tea is better than black tea.
As it has a high level of epigallocatechin gallate which is a powerful
antioxidant. Green tea is steamed and not fermented as black tea which makes
green tea is more helpful for your immunity. As epigallocatechin gallate is affected
by the fermentation process and its effect is destroyed.

Poultry

Chickens, Turkey, Goose and more are highly
vitamin B-6 sources. Poultry helps in improving your immune system.
Ginger
Including ginger in your ingredients or drinking
it is a must. I believe it is one of the most important food you can have to fight Corona-Virus. It reduces sore throat and decreases inflammation.
Sunflower Seeds

In Arabian countries
and in Egypt, we love eating Sunflower Seeds without even knowing its
importance. It contains highly amount of magnesium, vitamins E and B-6 and phosphorous.
That’s why it coordinates and maintains the immunity system.

Greens
Greens are like Spinach,
lettuce and leafy vegetables. They are a highly sources of vitamins and nutrients
which are good for the immunity system.
In brief, we should
help ourselves and others to defeat this virus. By eating a lot of food rich
with nutrients to increase our immunity system. And by following these simple ways
you will improve your health and immunity system to avoid infection. And that’s
what you should do today my friend. You should start helping yourself by including healthy food to strengthen your immunity system. A strong immunity system means a strong body. Your immunity system is your warrior. Whenever a disease or virus threatens your body, your immunity system will fight it. It is according to your immune strength if you are gonna win or lose this battle. Please stay home to stay safe.
