Strawberries
Most of us love strawberries. Let’s face it guys, they are
amazing in everything. In fruit salads, pies, cakes, milkshakes, ice cream or by
their own. And they are loved by kids and adults. That’s why today I am gonna
tell you guys the benefits of strawberries.
Strawberries and fruits in general have no fats or
cholesterol. That’s why they are awesome for losing weight. As they have low calories,
zero fats and cholesterol and contains lots of nutrients. Strawberries contain Potassium,
Phosphorus, Protein, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamins like C, A and B-9 and a little
carb.
What makes strawberries awesome is that they protect you
from lots of things. Having strawberries reduce the risk of strokes, heart
diseases, diabetes, blood pressure and cancer. Isn’t that amazing. You can enjoy
the delicious taste and the nutrients.
Strawberries are loved by adults and kids because they taste
amazing by their own. So, you can spice things up and make a strawberry pie or
cake. You can also melt chocolate and dip the strawberries in it and enjoy a
piece of heaven.
And that’s my friend what you should do today. You should add
some splendid strawberries to your daily food or fruit in general. you can have
a mouth-watering strawberry smoothie, milkshake, cheesecake or even cupcake. You
will enjoy a sweet, healthy and delicious snack or dessert.
