wash your hair with warm water never use the hot water. To protect the oils your
hair naturally has.

Avoid brushing your wet hair
We all see wet hair is stronger than dry hair but it actually
wrong. Dry hair is three times stronger than wet hair. So, by brushing your
hair while it is wet gonna break it. So, wait until your hair is dry or use a wide tooth comb.
Don’t dry your hair
Letting your hair dry by itself is healthier than drying it
by using a dryer. Just think about it, using a dryer with its hot air is gonna
make your wet hair dry and fragile. And that’s will affect your hair badly. So,
let your hair dry by itself and don’t damage it.
Often cut your hair

Cutting your hair from time to time helps in getting rid of
the dry and weak hair. That’s why it is healthy to cut the end of your hair. To
make it even and to cut the dry useless hair.

Use healthy hair cream

Try to use hair cream that contains garlic, honey, aloe vera,
olive oil or coconut oil. They are so good for the health of the hair. They provide
your hair with all the nutrients your hair needs to grow healthier and
stronger.

Eat healthy food
Your hair eats from the same food you eat. That’s why try to
eat healthy food full of nutrients. Eat food rich with Vitamins (A, B, C, D and
E), Protein, Iron and Zinc. Eating healthy food your hair will be stronger and way healthier.
