Laughing matters
One laugh is way more powerful than you think. Don’t underestimate the power of a good joke. To me a laugh a day keeps depression and doctor away. Laughing can be a medicine in some cases. That’s why today I am gonna tell you guys why you need at least one laugh a day.
Laughing is a great thing. It is such an amazing weapon. laugh
can boost your immunity system. A laugh help in reducing stress and tension. It
lowers the blood pressure. Did you know that laughing protect your heart from
heart attacks and diseases. Laughing could be the reason for having a happy long life. A study
proved that comedians lived longer than normal people as laughing can protect you
from cancer and heart diseases.
Laughter helps in decreasing pain and in muscle relaxation. It
also helps in increasing your flexibility. Laughing can be a good exercise and
a way to burn calories. As a study proved that a 10 to 15 minutes of laughing a
day can burn about 40 calories. However, you will need the gym anyways.
To be the reason for others to laugh is such an amazing
thing. you can make people laugh with a joke, face expressions, narrating a situation or
even with your seriousness. There are lots and lots of ways you can use to make
someone laugh. Don’t ever make laugh of a person to make others laugh. That’s
just mean.
A lot of people suffer from depression. The best solution
for them is a good comedy movie and a snack. Comedy movies and funny videos are
a powerful medicine for depression. As laughter is a good way to change your mood
and longs your life. And that’s my friend what you should do today. You should
start and end your day with a laugh. It is a contagious powerful medicine which
cure your heart and soul.
