Donuts or doughnuts
Dessert to most of us, is the best part of the meal. The most enjoyed part for kids and adults. When we were kids, we kept waiting for dessert. They are super duper delicious and fun to eat. You should have at least one or two types of dessert you prefer. Today, I will write about one of the well known and preferred desserts all over the world. They are super fluffy, sugary and very delicious. We will talk about donuts. Let's start.
What is donuts?
Donuts or doughnuts are deep fried ring shaped dough. They are famous for their unique ring shape and their toppings variety. However, now their are lots of doughnut shapes like rings, balls, twist, bar, filled and other amazing shapes. You can have fun making them at home. Or you can simply buy them from stores. It is not hard to get doughnuts at all. You can find now stores which sell donuts only.
It is very simple to make doughnuts at home. Their ingredients are always available in our houses. You will need flour, milk, butter, yeast, eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt. I guess we all have these stuff at home all of the time. So, whenever you wanna bake some delicious desserts, choose doughnuts. They are very tasty and fun to make. Soon, I am going to share with you my sister's magnificent donut recipe. It is super fluffy, light and tasty.

Donuts stores take donuts topping and filling very seriously. What makes donuts amazing is their unique and tasty toppings. They are always filled with cream or jelly from the inside and topped with splendid toppings. You can find Oreo, Nutella, cinnamon, glazed, powder sugar, peanut butter, blueberry, coffee, sprinkled and a lot of other mouthwatering toppings. You can eat a couple of doughnuts with different flavors and different tastes.

Of course, doughnuts are filled with calories, carbs and fats. They also have some nutrition facts. You can find in them Iron, Sodium, Potassium, Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Fibers and Proteins. If you eat a lot of donuts, unfortunately you gonna gain lots of weight. Cause of their high calories, carbs and fats. Some people suffer from weight managements. Doughnuts are your effective solution.
Donuts are great for breakfast. They always linked with coffee or milk as they go well with each other. You can simply get one with your coffee and enjoy a delicious sweet breakfast. Of course, it's not the healthiest breakfast but you can give yourself a treat from time to time. It will give you a great amount of energy to start your day. You can also have doughnuts as a treat in the middle of the day to reload your energy.
