My vegetable and cheese salad recipe

From time to time, you get sick of rich food. You just need a break from your fave food. Yah, it happens to all of us. It could be your body, brain or appetite needs a change. However, you don't need to torture yourself. You can enjoy a healthy but delicious food. Having healthy food doesn't mean having horrible food. It can be super delicious. That's why today I will give you a simple and delicious salad which I myself adore. And it's great in hot weather.
You will need:
Tomato

Cucumber
Turkey

Pastrami

Peppers

Feta Cheese

Olives

Pomegranate Molasses (2 Tsp)

Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tsp)

Get a bowl and cut the tomato, cucumber and peppers. You will need all the juices that comes out of the vegetables. Then cut the turkey and pastrami into slices and add them to your veges. Of course, you can have any kind of meat you want. It's according to your taste. Then add the olives and the feta cheese. You can also add any kind of cheese you want but it must be a creamy one.

Now is the most important part, so focus. For best result, add the apple cider vinegar and pomegranate molasses on the top of the feta cheese. Then stir very well until you see the salad is all white. That means all the ingredients are covered with the cheese which means a success. You will enjoy a creamy rich salad.
