On-the-go breakfast


Lots of people skip their breakfast because of their work and responsibilities. And that's my friends is a huge mistake. Breakfast is so important. It's the first thing your stomach have. That's why you need to be careful what kind of food you give your stomach. In the morning you need a light, fulfilling and delicious meal to provide you with energy to start your day. So, today I am gonna help you with that. You are going to on time but with a happy stomach. I will give you a couple of on-the-go breakfasts. They are very convenient and fulfilling. Let's start.


Fruits/Vegetables

If you are looking for a healthy breakfast, fruit and vegetables are the best. Nothing is more healthier than a bowl of delicious fruit or vegetable. They have low calories and tons of nutrition facts. You will start your day with a great natural portion of vitamins and minerals. Who wouldn't need that. There are lots of fruit and vegetable out there. How about a bowl of mixed berries, apples, bananas, pineapples, peaches and more. You can have a mix of these amazing fruits to start your day with. 


Salads

Continuing with on-the-go healthy breakfasts, salads are a fantastic choice. Salads are super refreshing and hold lots and lots of benefits for your body. I shared with you guys before lots of vegetables benefits. They are amazingly important to your health. They are packed with nutrition facts which are extremely important for our body health. Starting your day with a bowl of refreshing salad will provide you with all the energy you want in a light way. 


Cheese sandwich

Sandwiches are the first thing that comes to our mind when we are late. They are easy and very flavorful. You simply fill your bread with anything and voila you have something for breakfast. You don't need to choose a lot. One of the easiest sandwiches is cheese sandwich. You just add your best cheese choice and you are done. You have a super light sandwich.


Biscuits and tea

One of my favorite childhood breakfast is biscuits and tea. What makes it great is you can enjoy it at anytime and anywhere. You just need a cup of tea and some crunchy biscuits. Simply buy the biscuits on your way. You will enjoy a hot cup of tea in your morning with some splendid biscuits. Of course, you can have cookies but I prefer biscuits. It will give you lots of crunchy energy to start your day with. What else would you want?


Croissants

Freshly pastries are the best. Everything about them is just fantastic. Their smell, fluffiness, and deliciousness are the best way to start your day. Who doesn't wake up thinking about a delicious airy pastry? Croissants are your number one recommendation. Now you can enjoy a croissant sandwich with different flavorful fillings. If you are graving pastries for breakfast, croissants are your thing.

These 5 breakfasts are my top on-the-go choices. If I forgot about breakfast and my stomach starts to crumble, I simply have one of these choices. However, you can make your meal perfect by just adding a very simple item. This item is juice. Coffee and tea are okay but in the morning you need something to give you energy and refreshment. Have a glass of juice with your breakfast and then have your coffee. It's for your own benefit.

And that's my friend what you should do today. You should never skip your breakfast even if you are in a hurry. You must have anything in the morning to avoid any unexpected crumbles in the middle of your day. Add a glass of milk or juice to your on-the-go breakfast to enjoy the maximum benefits.
