Things you need for the gym

Exercising and going to the gym is a must. Any kind of activity you make is irreplaceable. Walking, running, swimming, playing sports and working out are very important for your health. Don't underestimate any kind of physical activity you do. Even shopping and searching for stuff you need is very helpful. You keep searching for hours which you spend moving. Lots of people now are rushing to the gym because of the quarantine. However, there are a couple of very useful stuff you need for the gym. They will help you exercise well, have the maximum benefit and enjoy your time. Let's begin.
First, I will begin with the basics to be like a reminder to you. I will tell you two things your back bag must have before going to the gym. Stay focused.
Water

You can't enter the gym without water. After exercising, you will loss lots of water and salt which gonna make you super thirsty. You need at least one bottle of water. However, if you are exercising harder, you will need a 1.5 to 2 liter bottle. So, make sure you have water with you. And if you got busy and forget, go to any market and buy a bottle of water. You won't handle it without water.
Towel

Most gyms even all have the their own towels which you can freely use. I won't recommend it at all. You can't be sure from it's cleans and quality. That's why I highly recommend getting your own personal towel. This towel have two specific characteristics: Quality & Size. You need a very good quality towel which can absorb well and smooth for the skin. I prefer the small sized towels as they are convenient and easy to carry.
Now for the extra stuff and things you need for the gym.
Music

Don't depend on the gym electric and motivated music. At some point you will find it very boring. Simply make sure you have a good energic and entertaining song list which you find very motivating. You can enjoy listening to the gyms music. But when you feel bored, get out you headphones and your playlist and enjoy. You must have a back up my friend.
An extra shirt

Be smart and put an extra shirt in your bag. Imagine finishing your day at the gym. You are sweaty like someone poured a bottle of water on you. The weather is getting cold and you are afraid of catching a cold. To avoid this situation, make sure you have an extra shirt with you. This shirt will be a life saver to you. Simply go to the switch room, get your shirt and change your cloth. You will be fresh and not afraid of getting sick.
Medical mask

Because of Corona Virus and what happens nowadays, you need to be cautious. I don't mean wearing it while exercising. I mean wearing it before and after the gym. Don't throw the medical mask and say nothing will happen or I wanna fresh air. You can do whatever you want but don't put your life in danger. Take a good space between you and the other person. But when you finish your day, put the mask on. It safer for your own health.
Alcohol

Continuing with the Corona Virus issue, you need alcohol with you. Before using any equipment splash it with alcohol. Don't be shy or say it won't look good. You need to think only in your family health and yours. After you cover every thing with alcohol, start exercising without worrying. You don't need a big bottle. Get a small sized alcohol bottle to be easier to carry.
Jacket

Autumn is here and the weather is getting colder and colder everyday. If you are working out in these days and you hate or feel uncomfortable to take a shower at the gym, make sure you have an extra jacket with you. You can get a cold without covering yourself with a jacket. Don't miss this point, it will help and protect you a lot.
Working out and going to the gym is good for your psychological and physical ability. It will change your mood and make you feel lighter and fresher than usual. Of course, you will lose weight and keep fit which makes it a must. So, that's my friend what you should do today. If you are going to the gym, you need to be alert and take care of yourself. And of course, make sure you have all of these stuff with you. They will help you enjoy your time and have great results.
