Cashews are well-known for their kidney unique shape and their splendid delicious taste. Who doesn't love watching TV with a bowl of cashews. You keep taking one after one and you end up surprisingly with an empty bowl. Cashews and other nuts are included in many dishes all over the world. They add a magnificent flavor and nutrients to the dishes. That's why today I will share with you guys the benefits and nutrition facts of cashews. They aren't only delicious. They are also packed with amazing benefits to your health.

Cashews are full of nutrients that your body is in a bad need for. They are a great source of Magnesium, healthy fats and fibers. Cashews have Copper, Manganese, Phosphorus, Selenium, Potassium and Iron. You will also find vitamins like Vitamin K, B-6, E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate and Pantothenic Acid. Yah, they have a decent portion of carbs and fats but this portion is good for your body. Of course, if you eat a proper amount of it. They are low in sugar, cholesterol and sodium. Fantastic, right.

Cashews are great for your body health. They support and strengthen your immune system. Cashews are great for your bone, heart and brain health. They have the power to lower your blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol level. Cashews are rich into two antioxidants called carotenoids and polyphenols. These antioxidants help in reducing inflammation. Why in diets like low carb nuts are included? Cashews and nuts are good fats which your body will benefit from to lose weight. Cashews help you in weight loss as they fill you up which help in reducing your appetit.

Cashews are a great addition to any dish. You can find them in savory and sweet dishes. In the Middle eastern cuisines, cashews are what decorates our rice. They add a crunchy flavorful taste. How can't you include or add cashews to your diet. After all of that, I am sure you will take it into consideration. Nuts in general are super important for your health. They are a source of good fats and nutrients which your body in need of. So, that's my friend what you should do today. You should think of yourself and your health. It won't be that hard to have cashews. To me, the best way is to eat it as it is. Don't skip it my friend. It's such a huge waste.
