In weekends, and specifically in these days, movies are the best enjoyable activity you can enjoy. You will be safe, chilling and entertained. However, it's not that easy. Choosing the movies is the most important step. It's according to your mode and taste. What I mean is, don't choose a tragedy movie when you are sad. That's why I will give you a mixed movie night recommendation. I hope you will find them entertaining and matching to your mode and taste.

The Blind Side

This movie is legendary. In my opinion is one of the best movies I have ever seen. It's a sport/drama movie. It shows you how a person can change if he were given a chance. It's about a homeless American-African teenager who faces lots and lots of difficulties. He will be adopted by a Caucasian family. This family will help him becoming a successful footballer. This movie is full of humanity and morals. 

Men in Black

First men in black movie was published in 1997. These movie series is based on the Men in Black Malibu / Marvel comic book series by Lowell Cunningham. It's about a secret agency named Men in Black (MIB) which protect Earth from aliens attack. What makes these movie series iconic is they are mix of comedy and science fiction. This mix of comedy and amazement makes this movie one of the best science fiction movies. 

Happy New Year

It's an Action/Comedy movie belongs to 2014. It holds a very interesting story behind it a desire of seeking revenge. Charlie wants to take revenge from the man who frauded his father. This man is one of the judges of the world dancing competition which will take place in Dubai. Dubai is well known for it's strict laws. Charlie made a non-dancing team to hit to Dubai and steal the diamonds. These diamonds are under the responsibility of the man who prisoned his father. He did all of that to make this man live and feel what his father went through. It's such an amazing movie.

The Forbidden Kingdom

This movie is a 2008 movie. What makes this movie a bomb is having two action stars and pioneers of martial art. Jackie Chan and Jet Li are the stars of this magnificent movie. It's about a lost relic which a teenager will find. Because of this relic he will find himself in a mysterious kingdom. At this kingdom, he will team up with other warriors to return the relic to it's real owner the Monkey King.

Aquamarine

Aquamarine is a fantasy/family movie. It's about two girls who faces lots of difficulties and sorrow in their lives. One day, because of the strong wind and the movement of the sea, a beautiful mermaid will end up in a pool. The two girls will find her and will begin to help her. They will help her in providing to her dad the king of the sea that love exist by making a boy fall in love with her. However, they are gonna help her for one wish. They want this wish to prevent their departure. So, what will actually happen. You will know when you see the movie.

Commando

This movie is from the 80's. Is one of the best Arnold Schwarzenegger's movies. It's about a retired commando whose daughter is kidnapped by a gang. This gang is seeking revenge from him and he has only couple of hours to rescue his daughter. This movie is full of well made action scenes. It's from 1985 and we still enjoy watching it. It's an Schwarzenegger's movie. It must be amazing.

The Space Between Us

This is a Romantic/Sci-fi movie. One of the best science fictional movies ever. It's about an astronaut who will give birth of her child on planet Mars. This boy have never visited Earth and he literally from different planet. One day, he will decide to travel to Earth to search for his father. An Earth girl will give him hand and help him to find his father who he thought he have never met. 

The Heat

Believe it or not, the heat is a comedy/action movie. It's about two totally different cops or policewomen. One who follow the rules and treat the criminals in a decent way. On the other hand, you will find the extreme. A cop who uses her hand more and don't follow the rules. These two women will have to work together to arrest a criminal. You will enjoy many hilarious situations. 

The conjuring I/II

One of the best supernatural horror movies are the one who based on a real life story. Both The conjuring movies are based on a real story. It's about a family who settled in a hunted house. A supernatural and unreasonable accidents start to happen. These accidents made them ask two well known paranormal investigators for help. 

The Polar Express

The Polar Express belongs to 2004. It is a great Animated/Family movie. This movie is an important Christmas movie. On Christmas Eve, a boy gets on an extraordinary train whose travelers are only kids. This train takes these children to the North Pole to meet Santa Claus. This young boy and his train friends are gonna see things they have never seen before. They will live an extraordinary adventure which they won't ever forget. 

Here you go, 10 marvelous movies. They are very poplar and successful movies with their splendid story line, casts and production. They will definitely keep you entertained and change your mode. So, that's my friend what you should be today. You should watch some of these magnificent movies. You are going to enjoy them a lot. Be smart and choose your movies well and according to your mode and of course your snack. You are the one who is capable of changing and enjoying your weekend.
