Apple yogurt snack recipe 

Snacks are the best especially in Winter. Most people crave chips, cookies or snacks in general more than actual meals. In Winter we keep eating without control. That's why today I am gonna help you with that. Today I will give you one of my favorite childhood snacks. It is super delicious and super healthy. You will feed your hunger in a healthy way and with only three main ingredients. Let's start.


You will need:

Apple

Yogurt 

Honey

First, we are going to start with the apples. You can peel the apple or not it's according to your taste. Then get a bowl and grate the apple with the grater. In your serving bowl, put the yogurt and place over it your grated apple. And now for the last touch, add your honey. I love adding lots of honey cause I like it sweet. However be careful, make sure that your apple is not that sweet and accordingly add your honey. Voila, we are done. 

To level it up, you can add some toppings to it. You can add some good fat nuts like cashew, almonds, walnuts and more. You can also add other fresh fruits like apple slices, bananas, berries, oranges, kiwis and more. How about some cinnamon, granola or oat? Apples and cinnamon are a great couple and granola and oat go very well with yogurt. These are the healthy additions. You can level it up with whatever you want. Simply be creative. What makes this snack great is adults and children can enjoy it. No age restriction at all. 

If you don't want to grate the apple, you can simple cut it into pieces or slices. Have it as you want. It's your own taste and choice. You can even choice other fruit instead of apples but I find them very delicious. And that's what you should do today my friend. You should try this super simple and flavorful snack. It is very refreshing and super creamy. You are gonna enjoy the crunch from the apples, sweetness from the honey and creaminess from the yogurt. What else would you need?
