Ramadan Nuts
Nuts are very important because it contains lots of
vitamins. Vitamins like vitamin B, A and C. But it has a low portion of vitamin A and C. The only bad thing in nuts is it causes overweight if
you eat lots of it daily. Because of it’s vitamins and amazing taste, Muslims
and specifically Arabs eat it in Ramadan. I will show you in this article the
nuts Muslims love to eat in the holy month of Ramadan.
Hazelnut

Nowadays, people love hazelnuts so much. They eat it in
chocolate and even drink it with coffee. What people don’t know that hazelnut
is good for your heart and it reduces the risk of cancer. It also aids in the digestive
