at home. If you are a beginner, you can find some couches videos easily on YouTube. They will
teach you step by step how to do yoga.
Walking
You don’t need a walking track or a street to do that. You
will need a health app, headphone and your salon. You can choose any place you
want at your house. Then put on your headphone and enjoy listening to music. Activate
your health app to count your steps and start walking at your home. Trust me,
it's gonna totally change your mood.
And that’s what you should do today my friend. You should start doing
some exercises at home. Don’t wait for the gyms and start having
