Lots of people head to the gym to do some simple exercises which they can easily do at home. After the Coronavirus issue, it's not recommended to go to the gym. However, that doesn't mean that you don't do some simple exercises to keep yourself fit. You don’t need a gym anymore to lose weight. You can keep yourself fit or lose weight at home.
