We all wait for the special thing in our meal which is desserts .If you are a sweets person of course. In Ramadan there are unique desserts you will never taste like them all over the world. These desserts are full of calories to give Muslims energy to be able to fast. It’s effect is like the effect of chocolate on you. It fills you with happiness. Today I will show you some of these delicious sweets.

Qatayef


Some calls it a sweet dumpling. Occasionally it is filled with nuts or cream. Some people like eating it plain without any filling and it tastes delicious in any way.

Konafa


It’s a traditional Arabian dessert and especially made in Ramadan. It’s a thin noddle-like pastry soaked in syrup. occasionally layered with cheese, cream, nuts or even with no filling. it’s highly enjoyable in any filling.

Basbousa


It is an Egyptian dessert. It is made from semolina batter and of course soaked in syrup. you can stuff it with cream, nuts or even blank. if you like soft and creamy desserts you will be amazed.

Um Ali


It’s known for Egyptian bread pudding. It’s mainly made from layers of dough with milk, nuts and sugar. It served hot. It fills you with warmness and happiness. So could you imagine a hot, steamy dessert and tastes delicious.

Lokmet El Kadi or Zalabya


It’s an amazing dessert. It is crunchy from the outside and very soft from the inside. It’s soaked in syrup. it’s such a splendid dessert.

Balah El Sham


It is a fried syrupy dessert. It is so easy to make. You will only need flour, eggs, oil, vanilla, Water and of course syrup. You love it.

Baklava


If you love crunchy, rich and sweet desserts you will fall in love with her from the first bite. It’s a layered filo pastry. It Is filled with nuts and of course syrup.

Rice pudding



It is simply rice, milk, sugar and nuts. You will try rice pudding everywhere but you will never taste it the same as in Egypt. There is something really especial and unique about it. It’s incredible.

There is also Asabe' Zainab or Zainab Fingers. Is a deep fried soaked in syrup piece of deliciousness. It’s a fried dough which is super popular in the middle east espically in Egypt. You will adore it. You can also find a delicious dessert called Qamar El Deen. It's a 100%  Ramadan dessert. It is made of dry apricot. It is a super creamy and light dessert. You can't stop eating this delicious dish as it is an addicted dessert.

There is a chocolate pudding but in middle east there is Mahalabia. Mahalabia is a milk pudding. It is creamy, rich and light delicious dessert. It is such a milky creamy heavenly dessert.
