A bowl of hot delicious noodles can really change your day. In a cold rainy day, it gives you warmness. In a hot steamy day, it gives you fullness. We all know noodles but some of us don’t know that noodles have more than one type. You don’t need to have the same kind of the noodle all of the time. You can have the same dish you prefer but with different noodle which gonna make a difference. Today I am gonna show you guys 7 noodle types to try them as soon as possible. They are flavorful and super delicious. 

Ramen noodles

Ramen are thin curly Japanese noodles. They are made from eggs and wheat. We find it in the instant noodles which means you eat it every now and then. It is made thin to absorb the broth they are soaked in which means also they get soggy easily. So, you have to eat it as soon as you it is done.

Soba noodles

Soba is a Japanese noodle made from buckwheat. Soba’s color is brown. What makes these noodles different from others is you can have it cold or hot. And in both it will taste amazing.

Udon noodles

Udon is a Japanese noodle. It is made from white wheat flour. You can find it dried or instant but the best kind of Udon is the fresh ones. Udon is known for its thickness.

Egg noodles

Egg noodle is a Chinese noodle. It is made from eggs and wheat. What makes is special from the other noodles is you can find it in different shapes and thickness. So, you can have the thickness you prefer easily.

Glass Noodles

It also called Cellophane noodles. It is Chinese. They called glass noodles because it is a transparent noodle. It is made from starch. This noodle is amazing cause it is sugar and fat free. Which means you can eat as much as you want if you are on a diet or you suffer from diabetes.

Rice noodles

Rice noodles is a Chinese noodle. From the name they are made from rice flour. They are translucent noodles. You can find it in bundles. You can control its thickness as you can pick the type you want. And that’s awesome.

Lo Mein and Chow Mein noodles

They are a Chinese wheat noodles. They are made from wheat flour and eggs. They are known for the softness of Lo Mein and the crispness of Chow Mein. What people don’t know is Lo Mein means tossed noodles while Chow Mein means fried noodles.

What is better than a hot steamy bowl of noodle in Winter with it's rainy, cloudy and cold weather. Nothing can fill you up with comfort and deliciousness at the same time like a bowl of splendid flavorful noodles. Having your favorite dish differently is such an amazing thing.
