What should I put next to my bed?
Who doesn’t love her/his room. It is your own small castle
and your escape place. I believe all of us must have some special things next
to our bed. We like to use them during our day or especially before we sleep. They
really help us a lot to have a good deep sleep. That’s why today I am gonna tell
you guys some stuff that we have next to our bed. I am sure you will have at
least one next to yours.
Lamp
Having a lamp next your bed helps you a lot. Some of us like
doing some tasks at night like reading or writing.
Clock or watch
Some people like sleeping on the clock and watch ticking. Others hate
using phones next to them and prefer the old ways. They prefer to set the clock
alarm instead of phones.
Book
A good book will definitely help you to have a healthy
sleep. A lot of people can’t sleep without reading anything. That’s why keeping
a book next to you is a must.
Phone
Some people just want to watch something before falling asleep.
So, they keep their phones next to them. Instead of a clock they set their
phone alarm with the tone they want. And of course, they avoid the clock
ticking.
Notebook and pen
Brain storming before sleeping is a must to some people. I know
people who get the best ideas late at night. That’s why they keep a notebook next
to their bed. As if they got any good ideas, they will write it down immediately.
Jewelry
Yup a jewelry or even the whole box. Keeping your lovely jewelry next to
your bed is very cheerful. At least you can just look at them and you will feel
joyful. You can easily find them. As you will simply wear it and head back to your daily life.
Air freshener
What is more relaxing than smelling a decent smell while
sleeping. A lot of people get annoyed from unpleasant smells which come from nowhere.
So, they keep next to them a air freshener or a perfume to keep a good pleasant
smell next to them.
A photo frame
There must be a special place, moment, quotation or person that you love.
Rarely you will find someone who doesn’t have a photo frame next to their bed.
Water
Who doesn’t get up late at night because they are thirsty. All
of us do that. Putting a bottle of water next to your bed is a must. It will
skip the part where you break something or fall at night because you are half
asleep. Or if you just want to take a medicine.
And that’s my friend what you should do today. You should
clean up your bedside table and add to it what you use a lot. It will help you
find them easily and enjoy using them. Keeping stuff which help you to sleep
next to your bed is so important. you will enjoy a good, deep and health sleep.
