My Spanish omelette recipe

Spanish omelette is a traditional Spanish dish. It is a
super delicious eggy dish. It is like the pie or pizza version of eggs. It is super
fluffy and rich. It is such a great option for breakfast. It will give you the
energy and power you need to start your day. Today I will share with you guys
my version of Spanish omelette. You can say it is a mix of two culture.
Per person you will need:
2 eggs
Peppers (you can choose any kind of peppers)
Onions
Tomatoes
Cheese

Butter
Salt and pepper
First thing you need to do is cutting the peppers, onion and
tomato into small pieces. You can also add some mushroom. In a bowl, crack the two eggs and whisk them well. Add
to them salt and pepper according to your taste. Then in a pan, put the butter then
add the onions until you smell its aroma. Don’t cook it well to enjoy its
stunning crunch.
Add the peppers and give it a stir then add the tomatoes. Let
it for a while until you see the veggies are half cooked or according to your taste.
Then cover the veggies with eggs carefully. When the lower part is cooked add
the cheese to the top and grab a part and put it to the other. Cover the
omelette and lower the heat to avoid eating it burned. You will then enjoy a
delicious and spongy Spanish omelette.

Having a plate of Spanish omelette is a really strong start
to your day. Adding to your meal some feta cheese and bread add a good
extra flavor. You can add another plate to your meal. You can put in this plate
olives, freshly slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. You will enjoy a splendid flavorful
breakfast.
The traditional Spanish omelette is made of potatoes and eggs.
And some times they add onions. My recipe is way different from the basic Spanish
omelette. However, I am sure it is super duper delicious. And that’s my friend
what you should do today. You should start your day with a great strong
breakfast. Try new dishes is a great thing, but adding your touch to it is a greater
