Don't throw your leftovers

It's very hard to cook the perfect amount of food everyday. You keep saying to yourself "No, it's not enough. I will just add some more". This means a tone of leftovers my friend. I love ending up with leftovers. They are a great opportunity to be creative. I like to think and try new recipes and what I like more is these recipes are leftovers recipes. In my blog, I gave you guys 4 leftovers recipes. That's why in this article I will remind you with these 4 recipes. So. let's begin.
Chicken leftover recipe

You will need: Leftover chicken slices, Cheese (optional), Onion slices, Peppers slices, Mayo and Bread (optional)
In a pan, caramelize your onion slices then add the peppers. When you see that the onion is caramelized and the peppers are cooked with a crunch, add your leftover chicken slices and give it a stir. You just need to give it a golden color. And stir the mix well. At the same time, spread the mayo on the bread sides then add the filling to your toasty bread (If you wanna a sandwich). You can skip the last and next step if you won't make it a sandwich. Finally and most importantly, add the cheese to your sandwich and put it in the same pan you used for the filling. But be careful not to burn your bread. You just need the cheese to melt and you are done.
Pasta

You will need: Leftover pasta ( any kind you have), Cheese, Milk and Luncheon ( any meat you want).
Get a microwave plate and put the amount of pasta you want. Add a small portion of milk about quarter of a cup. You need to be cautious as the pasta won't need any liquids. It's already cooked. You need the milk to make it saucy. Then add the amount of cheese you want. Don't be stingy and add more. Put the meat you prefer. You can have chicken, sausage or beef but I like it simple. That's why I added luncheon. Next, put it in the microwave until you see no milk. You will end up with creamy and cheesy pasta. Finally add on the top more cheese and put it back to the microwave. And voila.
Pasta salad

You will need: Pasta ( any kind or shape ), Mayo, Peas, Garlic and Salt and Pepper
First of all you need boiled pasta without any sauces or additions for this recipe. In a bowl, put your leftover pasta. Add your peas then your mayo. The mayo will be your dressing but don't add a lot it's according to the amount of pasta. You just need the mayo to cover your pasta in a decent amount. I love adding garlic to this recipe. Cut the garlic into very small pieces or mash it. Then add it to your bowl then stir very well. When you see all the ingredients are mixed well, add the salt and pepper according to your taste. And voila, you have a delicious salad.
Pizza bread

You will need: Basic Ingredients: Bread, Mozzarella cheese and Tomato sauce
Optional Ingredients (according to your taste): Meat, Olives and Vegetables
First, cut your bread into slices. You use toast or any kind of bread you prefer. After cutting the bread place it on a pan to toast it. When you find the edges of the bread took a golden color, they are done. Add the tomato sauce, then the cheese. If you are a meat lover, add any kind of meat your like. You can add chicken, pepperoni, sausages or even mushrooms. You can escape this part if you don't have them as leftovers. You can also add the vegetables you love then finally add a second layer of cheese. Place them in the oven or in the microwave and you are done.

Who would think that amazing recipes will come up from leftovers? These recipes are fantastically delicious. Light, flavorful and easy food, who doesn't want that? Making your own food is great.
