Most of us are familiar with nuts benefits. It's true, they hold a big amount of healthy fats and oils. These oils and fats are very important for our body. They are called good fats. Who doesn't like eating some nuts in front of the TV. You get your bowl of nuts and press play. Then you end up with empty bowl from the first part of the movie. Nuts are very pleasant snacks. Lots of diets include nuts even with their high calorie and fats. Instead of normal chips and popcorn, have some delicious nuts. That's why I will recap with you three lovable nuts: pistachios, cashews and almonds.
