Herbs are amazingly powerful. I have to start my article with this sentence. Adding herbs to your food provide your body with lots and lots of benefits. They cure your body from stress and some serious diseases. They are very important to your body and soul. That's why today I will tell you the benefits of one amazing herb which is mint.

Mints means a fresh breath, soul and day. All of us like to start their day with a fresh breath. Who doesn't? That's the least thing mint can do to you. Having any source of mint in your day reduces stress and depression. Mint helps in digestion, weight loss and skin care. Mint can treat and cure headaches, cold and Asthma. It also help in improving brain and skin function.

Mint can also be used as an Anti-Microbial. As it helps in killing bacteria and prevent their growth. They are super effective, cheap and easy to get. Having mint in the early morning helps in lessening Nausea and uncomfortable stomach. Mint may also help in preventing Cancer.

Mint has low calories with great benefits and nutrition facts. It has a great portion of  Vitamin A and C. It also has Vitamin B-6, Folic acid, Fibers, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium and Sodium. It has zero cholesterol which is great for your body health.

Drinking a cup of refreshing mint tea or mint lemonade can help you more than you think. It is so refreshing and it will release all of the negative energy. I will give you one of my most refreshing drinks that I myself enjoy a lot.

It is very simple and easy to make. You will need lemon or lime, mint and sugar. Get your cup and squeeze half of the lemon to get out it's juice. Add the mint and sugar ( according to your taste). Then cut the other half of the lemon into slices and add it to your drink and enjoy.

You can add mint to your diet easily. You can find mint in drinks, appetizers and meals. It is super delicious in salads as in mint and watermelon salad. Have you ever tried yogurt and cucumber salad with mint. You must try it. It is one of the most refreshing salads that I have ever tried. Trust me, you are gonna enjoy it so much.

You can enjoy some creamy peas and mint soup. Their are lots of minty pasta dishes which you need to give it a shot. Have you ever tried mint with meat like chicken or lamb. I haven't try it but I am willing to. You can enjoy having mint in desserts like mint ice cream, chocolate cakes, pies, cookies or cupcakes. One of the most knowing ice cream flavor is mint chocolate chip. It is super delicious and refreshing.

Mint is a powerful herb. After a busy stressful day, you just need to relax and hit the reload button. You can do that easily just by drinking a warm flavorful mint tea. So, that's what you should do today my friend. You should enjoy some minty drinks and dishes from time to time. It won't only help your body, it will also help your soul.
